| The idea of starting a tobacco bussiness was born in 2001, but the project really started in 2002 when the company was finally created. |

| Our company is located at Llavallol City, Lomas de Zamora, Buenos Aires, Argentine, with the prime activity of manufacture cigarettes. |

|

On October 17, 2002, we obtained the Health Certificate and the next day our Government provided us the permission to start production.

|
The civil construction was finished at January 2003, but machinery arrived at the country on February 2003.

| Therefore, we started up the machinery and started hired personal and professional assistants. |

|

Finally at November 2003, the factory started working.

Eventually sales started on December 2003.
|
